The Lafayette Engine Center in Lafayette, IN, is seeking a Design Engineer to join the G3500 Engine Platform team. You will provide critical support for NPI, CPI, factory support, and cost reduction initiatives for LPSD G3500 electric power engines, collaborating with engine application, performance and components teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, strong CAD skills (Creo, Team Center, MS Office), and familiarity with Caterpillar programs and processes.
