Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks a Project Coordinator for gas distribution projects valued at $0.5–$1.0M. You will lead cross-functional teams through lifecycles including budgeting, scheduling and safety compliance in a hybrid work arrangement with commutable distance to West Palm Beach, Debary, Winter Haven or Yulee.

You will track timelines and budgets, prepare monthly leadership briefs, and ensure adherence to state, federal and company safety requirements while building strong

Qualifications

• Three (3) years utility project coordination/management.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of project management, project construction invoicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong interpersonal skills including communication, networking and team building.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, cultivate and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, guide and coordinate gas distribution projects valued at $0.5–$1.0M.
• Monitor progress, budget adjustments and weekly team meetings.
• Develop project schedules and brief leadership monthly on progress toward timeline and milestones.
• Ensure activities comply with State, Federal and Company safety requirements.
• Address unforeseen issues using technical knowledge and project management skills.
