Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator for Distribution, offering a hybrid role within commutable distance of West Palm Beach, Debary, Winter Haven, or Yulee. You will guide gas distribution construction projects valued at $0.5–$1M, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring schedules and budgets are met.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, a valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years of utility project coordination/management experience.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years utility project coordination/management.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams; coordinate gas distribution construction projects valued at $0.5-$1M.
• Monitor progress against timelines; recommend budget adjustments and meet with team weekly.
• Assist with development of project schedules and brief leadership monthly on progress toward timeline and budget milestones.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal and Company safety requirements.
