As a senior leader, you will mentor designers, manage budgets, and coordinate with operations, while supporting storm restoration and field activities. A strong electrical design background and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years electric and/or gas distribution design experience or a Bachelors in engineering with 3+ years of design experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction for distribution design activities and budgeting for capital projects.
• Develops and retains a multi-functional, skilled workforce with strong training and career development.
• Ensures safety, timeliness, cost containment, reliability, and regulatory compliance in design work.
• Mentors new hires and existing designers using Skill Based training programs.
