Job summary

Constellation is seeking a qualified professional to join our Retail Operations team as an Analyst I. The role focuses on monitoring day-to-day workflows, meeting service levels, and supporting cross-functional teams to address customer needs in the commercial and industrial natural gas sector.

As the Gas Customer Care Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries, resolve billing and account issues, and help educate customers on gas programs while maintaining accurate CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Customer-focused with strong communication.
• Experience in retail energy or regulated markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and support channels.
• Research and resolve billing, contracts, pricing, enrollments, and account issues.
• Educate customers on natural gas programs and company services.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales, Billing, Enrollment & Terminations and other teams.
• Meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.
• Support process improvements and system enhancement projects.
