Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Gas Control Technical Training Specialist to lead and support training for Gas Control personnel, developing materials and maintaining records to uphold operational readiness and safety.

You will partner with Gas Control leaders to assess training needs, deliver programs, and ensure compliance with PHMSA/CER requirements, while staying current with industry best practices. This is a full-time role based in the United States, with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in direct Control Center operations.
• Experience with Gas Control Operator role is preferred.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems like CygNet is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver Gas Control training and operator qualifications.
• Develop training materials and assess training effectiveness.
• Maintain training/qualification/compliance records across learning systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with PHMSA and CER requirements.
