Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Gas Control Training Specialist to lead and support training programs that build knowledge, skills, and operational readiness of Gas Control personnel. You will develop and facilitate training, maintain qualification and compliance records, assess training effectiveness, and partner with Gas Control leaders to sustain a knowledgeable, high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

• Related technical diploma required and minimum 5+ years of direct Control Center operations experience.
• 5+ years of Control Center operations experience, ideally Gas Control Operator experience with CygNet SCADA; 7+ years if no diploma.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver Gas Control training and onboarding.
• Develop materials, resources, and learning programs with Gas Control leadership.
• Maintain training, qualification, and compliance records in learning systems.
• Develop targets and methods to measure training effectiveness and competency.
• Coach Gas Control personnel to meet role-specific competencies, uphold safety.
