Job summary

Basin Energy Group LLC in Ohio is hiring a Compressor Station Operator to operate and maintain gathering system compressor stations and associated midstream equipment.

The role requires monitoring throughput, recording readings, and performing basic engine and equipment maintenance. You will work with field crews, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Gas or Diesel Mechanics Preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate natural gas compressor stations safely and efficiently.
• Read and record gas, condensate, and water production readings.
• Monitor temperature and pressure; log readings.
• Inspect equipment and perform basic repairs.
• Ensure emissions guidelines compliance.
• Coordinate with contractor personnel and on-call support.
• Respond to emergencies and safety/environmental concerns.
• Maintain logs and required forms.
