The role requires 0–2 years in the utility sector, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication and analytical skills to review data and expedite issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of utility experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills for data review and problem identification.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow emergency response procedures and expedite issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update clearance schedules under guidance.
• Assist department with administrative tasks (tracking documents, updating timelines).
• Relay information between Gas Control and Gas Operations.
• Assist in monitoring work implementation on the gas system.
• Document anomalies and elevate for review.
• Support coordination during emergency response situations.
• Assist with activation and deactivation of scheduled work under supervision.
• Provide basic operational support during clearance activities.
• Understand and follow federal and company compliance requirements under supervision.
• Be available to assist during extended hours or cover basic operational tasks when needed.
• Participate in team discussions on process improvements and provide feedback for clearance activities.
