Job summary

Servomex is seeking a Technical Applications Specialist to drive application development and support for the IP&E market across Texas, including Sugar Land. The role is customer-facing and requires collaboration with sales, product management, and R&D to create innovative gas analysis solutions.

You will own regional technical inquiries, run field trials, and deliver training while supporting continuous improvement of processes and service delivery. Domestic travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong background in gas analysis and instrumentation.
• Experience with Tunable Diode Laser (TDL) and Infrared spectroscopy in industrial settings.
• Excellent communication skills for customer-facing engagements and technical training.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical application development and identify opportunities for revenue growth in the IP&E market.
• Own regional application support and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product Applications Specialists, Sales, Product Management, and R&D to deliver solutions.
• Lead customer testing, field trials, and VOC initiatives to inform product development.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Support exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events and drive continuous improvement of processes.
