Qualifications
- BS or MS in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in design and implementation of analytical systems in industrial environments.
- In-depth knowledge of analytical instrumentation and integration with control systems.
- Strong communication and independent technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer specifications and process docs to design analytical system solutions.
- Apply chromatography configuration software and process simulators to develop analytical strategies.
- Engineer software/hardware enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
- Document designs, configurations, and validation procedures.
- Lead system testing, calibration, and commissioning while ensuring safety compliance.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Troubleshoot analytical systems and integrate with DCS/PLC systems.
