Encore Capital Group, including Midland Credit Management, seeks a Group Manager Operations-Garnishments to oversee Garnishments-related teams and manage escalations. The role coordinates with internal and external customers while balancing people, process and project management to drive compliant, efficient operations.

The position requires a High School Diploma with 1–3 years of people management experience and a proven track record in supervision, training, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a people management role.
• Experience supervising teams and driving performance.
• Ability to develop and implement process improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports and ensure quality and accuracy of all work output.
• Create, set and communicate performance plans to drive results.
• Develop and execute program/process strategies to improve performance.
• Analyze business drivers at partner and program levels to optimize results.
• Maintain relationships with key internal and external partners.
• Respond to escalated consumer issues and identify potential compliance risks.
• Conduct ongoing training for new hires as needed.
