Key Responsibilities
- Review, enter, and maintain new garnishment case information within internal databases
- Prepare and process responses for no-asset cases, including drafting documentation and uploading records into a document management system
- Electronically file and distribute case-related documents to appropriate parties
- Scan, review, approve, and organize case files within the document management platform
- Handle inbound calls from customers, external counsel, and court representatives in a professional manner
- Assist with administrative support tasks, including updating case data and tracking documentation
- Maintain an on‑site presence to support team collaboration and prepare documents for court submission
- Receive, sort, and distribute departmental mail related to garnishment matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 1–3 years of experience in collections, garnishments, or a related administrative/legal role preferred
- Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus
- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments or similar platforms)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
