Job summary

Encore Capital Group, including Midland Credit Management, seeks a Group Manager Operations-Garnishments to oversee Garnishments-related teams and manage escalations. The role coordinates with internal and external customers while balancing people, process and project management to drive compliant, efficient operations.

The position requires a High School Diploma with 1–3 years of people management experience and a proven track record in supervision, training, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports and ensure quality and accuracy of all work output.

• Maintain relationships with key internal and external partners.
• Respond to escalated consumer issues and identify potential compliance risks.

Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.The Group Manager Operations-Garnishments oversees the day-to-day operations and management of the Specialist teams. This position is responsible for managing escalations and inquiries, including supervision of employees, process and procedure development, and execution. The Group Manager Operations also interacts with internal and external customers (including L.O. Firms and I.L. partners) as well as multiple cross-functional organizations.
