Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, Arizona, is hiring for an entry-level Garnishment Associate to support the client-facing garnishment team. This on-site role offers exposure to a fast-growing environment and basic garnishment concepts.

You will assist with department inbox, high-volume administrative tasks, mail coordination, and internal/external communications, while developing MS Office proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Office experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department Inbox (general inquiries) and high-volume administrative tasks.
• Sort and scan department mail and coordinate outbound mailings.
• Introduction to basic garnishment knowledge (order types, forms, vocabulary).
• Communicate with internal departments and external clients/employees.
• Assist with various clerical tasks as requested.
