Paylocity, an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software, is seeking a Garnishment Services Specialist I for their Schaumburg, IL office. This 100% on-site role focuses on interpreting court orders, setting up garnishments, and delivering exceptional client service.

You will maintain garnishment data, handle E-file submissions, and work with Account Managers to resolve client inquiries while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year in a client-facing role, payroll, accounting, garnishment processing, and/or taxes in a customer service or shared services environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sophisticated writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Read and interpret court orders (except creditors) and set up garnishments with correct codes.
• Maintain garnishment data with start/stop dates and deadlines; process wage garnishments (child support, student loans, wage assignments, etc.).
• Process E-file documents to courts as applicable.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and coordinate with Account Managers for resolution.
• Provide professional communication to stakeholders and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal garnishment laws and regulations.
