Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Garnishment Services Specialist Level I for on-site work in Meridian, ID (with offices in Rochester, NY and Schaumburg, IL). The role focuses on interpreting court orders, setting up garnishments with accurate codes, and prorating child supports for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum one year in a client-facing role, payroll, accounting, garnishment processing, or taxes.
• Preferred Paylocity account manager or implementation consultant experience.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret court orders for garnishments.
• Set up garnishments with correct calculation codes.
• Schedule welcome client calls.
• Enter multiple child supports with prorations.
• Maintain garnishment rules per state laws.
• Process e-file documents to courts.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Account Managers.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
