Job summary

Carolina Herrera, Ltd. is seeking a Product Development Manager to coordinate garment development and ensure patterns and samples meet design and quality standards.

You will manage end-to-end development with both in-house and external factories, oversee BOMs, and maintain development documentation in the PLM system. You will collaborate with Design, Tech Design, Production, and Merchandising to optimize costs, ensure timely fittings, and document revisions for accurate cut sheets and style

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product development managing domestic and international factories.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with PLM and development tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product development across in-house atelier and vendors to meet milestones.
• Maintain and update seasonal WIP reports, style masters, line sheets, and SKU tracking tools.
• Prioritize fabric shipments with the Fabric Director to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Design and Tech Design to translate concepts into viable products.
