Ideal candidates have a strong sense of apparel construction, material sourcing, and development calendars. You will manage fabric cards, data sheets, and communicate fabric policies across teams and overseas partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel product development.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Knowledge of garment construction required.
• Excel proficiency; PLM experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitask abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage fabric sample yardage WIP reports daily and inform relevant teams.
• Execute and manage new fabric and color mini batch inquiries and seasonal color palettes.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors and overseas office on materials adopted for development.
• Work with design to populate seasonal fabric cards for design boards.
• Distribute confirmed seasonal color palettes internally and to external partners.
• Review sample yardage cuttings against color standards and request lab-dips if needed.
• Collaborate with VP of Fabric to ensure proper fabrics for the season.
• Review invoices related to sample yardage development at season end.
• PD organization: maintain sample yardage binders, track references, and manage color palette distribution.
