Coach is seeking a Manager of Product Development RTW for Cut & Sew and Knitwear. You will lead end-to-end development from concept to bulk handoff, collaborating with Design, Merchandising and Materials Management to achieve quality, timing and cost targets.

You will drive fabric and yarn development, manage BOMs in PLM, and coordinate samples with mills and vendors, ensuring alignment with seasonal directions and business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel product development, with Cut & Sew and/or Knitwear expertise.
• Experience developing fabrics, yarns, and materials with mills and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of garment costing, fabric costing, and yarn costing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Materials Management and Technical Design.
• Advanced PLM, BOM management and Excel skills; familiarity with product development systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead product development for Cut & Sew and Knitwear across Runway, Runway Takedown, Collection, Multi-Channel, and Outlet businesses.
• Partner with Design, Merchandising, Materials Management, and Technical Design throughout the development lifecycle.
• Execute seasonal product development strategies and priorities set by the Director.
• Deliver product that meets aesthetic intent while controlling quality, cost, and calendar.
• Monitor calendars and manage milestone deliverables; coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Lead weekly Product Team Meetings, fittings, and cross-functional milestone reviews.
• Maintain development packages, materials, trims, yarns, and fabrics to vendors and sampling facilities.
