Job summary

Terrain Café, part of URBN’s family of brands, seeks a dedicated server to join our front-of-house team. Greet guests, guide through seasonal menus, and deliver thoughtful service in a garden-to-table setting.

You will learn and collaborate in a guest-centered environment that values warmth, curiosity, and quality. Responsibilities include inputting orders in Toast, offering beverage pairings, and maintaining a calm, inviting atmosphere to encourage return visits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an elevated, high-volume environment preferred.
• Friendly, guest-focused communicator with a poised, professional presence.
• Ability to multitask while staying calm and organized under pressure.
• Passionate about hospitality, food, and sustainability.
• Familiarity with Toast POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, elevated service in a welcoming, nature-inspired setting.
• Guide guests through seasonal menus and beverage offerings.
• Take and input orders using the Toast POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and polished manner.
• Offer refined tableside wine service and engaging beverage presentations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all service areas.
• Process payments accurately and follow café standards.
