KnitWell Group's LOFT store in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Assistant Manager who will support customer experience and shape a strong store culture on the sales floor. You will lead by example, engage customers, and coach associates to deliver exceptional service.

Youll work in a regular/full-time role with a hospitality mindset, be tech-savvy with POS, and drive results through action plans and strong business sense, while contributing to talent development and store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience required.
• Strong customer-service orientation backed by practical leadership.
• Ability to operate POS and basic store tech.

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.

You’ll bring to the role

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
