Job summary

LOFT, a brand under KnitWell Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 1772-South Shore Plaza in Braintree, MA. You will support the customer experience, shape a strong store culture for associates, and lead on the sales floor to engage customers.

You will recruit, hire, and develop talent, use tools to drive operations and financial discipline, and foster an inclusive environment. A hospitality mindset and tech comfort are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
