KnitWell Group seeks an Assistant Manager for LOFT at Quaker Bridge Mall in Lawrenceville, NJ. You will support the customer experience and help shape a strong store culture among associates.

You’ll lead on the sales floor, coach staff, and ensure seamless omnichannel service while partnering with the Store Manager on talent and operations. This role emphasizes hospitality and results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
