KnitWell Group, operating LOFT outlets, seeks an Assistant Manager for Palm Beach Outlets in West Palm Beach, FL. You will support customer experience, lead staff, and help shape a strong store culture in a Regular/Full time role.

You will drive sales through guest engagement, coaching, and operational discipline while collaborating with the Store Manager on hiring and development. Benefits include bonuses, health coverage, and 401(k) opportunities.

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
