Qualifications

• 3+ years in landscape maintenance or related supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in landscape maintenance operations and horticultural practices.
• Familiar with Aspire or similar scheduling software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Able to analyze labor hours and productivity to drive improvements.
• Commitment to safety and crew development.
• Conversational Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance crews in the field to ensure safe, efficient delivery of services.
• Manage equipment allocation and ensure quality control across accounts.
• Partner with Account Managers to sustain client satisfaction and profitable operations.
• Monitor labor hours, productivity, and safety; coach and develop team.
