Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Garden Center Team Member in Powell, OH to help customers find what they need, care for plants, and maintain attractive displays. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys working with people and staying busy within a collaborative team.

You will help with stocking, merchandising, and seasonal decor, while delivering friendly service and operating the register. Some weekend hours required.

Qualifications

• Previous garden center or retail experience is helpful but not required; a positive attitude and reliability are valued.

Responsibilities

• Care for houseplants by watering, cleaning, organizing, and maintaining attractive displays.
• Stock and organize merchandise, including pottery, gardening supplies, décor, tools, and other products.
• Unload, move, price, and display merchandise as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and inviting sales areas throughout the store.
• Assist with seasonal transitions, including setting up and decorating for Christmas and other holidays.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and special projects.
