Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our Garden Center Team. As a team member, you will play a vital role in assisting customers, maintaining our plant inventory and creating a welcoming environment for all garden enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

• Operate our Point of Sale program and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a neat and organized display of plants and garden products.
• Assist customers with plant selection, gardening advice and landscaping ideas.
• Care for plants to ensure their health and appeal.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the overall cleanliness and attractiveness of the garden center.

Qualifications

• Passion for plants, gardening and outdoor living.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items.
• Previous retail or gardening experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers.

Competitive pay starting at $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
