Fred Meyer is seeking a department leader to create an outstanding customer experience and supervise all department functions. You will support daily operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and guide associates in delivering exceptional service aligned with the Customer 1st strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Effective communication, basic math, ability to handle stress, physical demands, age 18+.
• Desired: Management and retail experience; high school diploma or equivalent; second language; scheduling and compliance knowledge; strong customer service and product knowledge; merchandising and promotions awareness; inventory management and training; safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities
