Job summary

Argo Group is seeking a highly capable Garage Property Damage Claims Adjuster to adjudicate complex commercial claims from our Omaha, NE office, with additional opportunities in Albany, Richmond, Chicago, or Los Angeles. This 100% in-office role requires strong analysis, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage claims end-to-end while building client relationships and reporting trends to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two years of commercial garage property damage claims experience preferred.
• Licensed Claims Examiner or able to obtain license within 120 days.
• Experience with ImageRight, Guidewire, and ClaimsCenter preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate high-technical complexity garage property damage claims in office.
• Gather information, perform analysis, and investigate to resolve claims.
• Identify loss drivers and report trends to management.
• Set reserves and coordinate experts to resolve cases efficiently.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with insureds and clients.
