Guild Garage Group LLC is hiring a Garage Door Technician – Sales & Service Professional in Bloomington-Columbus, IN. This role combines hands-on repair work with in-home consultative sales, meeting homeowners face-to-face to present tailored door solutions.

You will diagnose, repair, install, and upsell services, completing 4–5 pre-scheduled appointments daily with provided leads. A professional, safe customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or construction experience (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, general building, or similar trades).
• Strong communication and sales skills with a track record of upselling or closing deals.
• Great driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work with tools.

Pay Range: $120,000–$200,000+ annually (uncapped commissions, bonus opportunities)

At Garage Door Doctor, we’re looking for a Garage Door Technician – Sales & Service Professional to join our growing team. This unique role blends mechanical expertise with in-home consultative sales. You won’t just diagnose and fix problems — you’ll also educate homeowners, recommend upgrades, and close the sale on the spot.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and install residential garage doors and openers.

Meet with homeowners in person, build trust, and present tailored solutions.

Upsell products and services based on customer needs.

Complete 4–5 pre-scheduled appointments daily (all leads provided).

Ensure a professional, safe, and positive customer experience every time.

What You Bring
