Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable using tablets and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual maintenance tune-ups and inspections for residential garage doors.
• Diagnose worn or unsafe components and document findings.
• Present repair recommendations to homeowners clearly and professionally.
• Complete repairs on springs, rollers, cables, openers, and related components.
• Educate customers on garage door safety and operation.
• Maintain accurate job documentation via company software.
