Precision Garage Door Service is seeking a Scheduler and Dispatcher to join our Customer Service department in-office. You will connect with customers, coordinate with installers, manage job logistics, and keep the daily schedule running smoothly.

Strong organization and communication are essential, with ServiceTitan experience a plus. Bidirectional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize under pressure will help you stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate garage door installations by identifying ready-to-schedule jobs and assigning to installers based on region, difficulty, and availability.
• Call customers to schedule installs, explain prep requirements, and review notes; keep records of conversations.
• Use ServiceTitan to set appointment windows, assign jobs to technicians, and confirm schedules via email or text.
• Track delivery manifests and manage out-of-market assignments to maximize daily efficiency.
