What You'll Do:

  • Identify commercial and industrial construction projects using our lead tools, and connect with general contractors or architects to pitch our top-tier overhead door solutions
  • Handle incoming residential and commercial inquiries, evaluate customer needs, and provide smart product recommendations and accurate quotes
  • Own your sales pipeline—from initial contact to closing the deal and coordinating with our dispatch and installation teams (project management)
  • Follow up on quotes, finalize contracts, and ensure every detail is captured (including deposits)
  • Be a go-to partner for your clients from quote to project completion
  • Represent the company at local trade shows and home shows
  • Help solve customer issues quickly and effectively while maintaining top-tier service
  • Collaborate with the team and lead by example to grow our presence in the Hudson Valley

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A strong background in sales (bonus points if it's in overhead doors or construction-related products)
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in both written and spoken interactions
  • Computer proficiency (especially MS Excel and Outlook)
  • Top-notch organizational and follow-up abilities
  • A passion for customer service and relationship-building
