• 3–5 years of estimating experience in federal, commercial, or industrial construction
• Proven experience supporting hard bid submissions, working under tight deadlines, and coordinating competitive pricing strategies
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, ProEst, or similar)
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
