Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company seeks a Garage Concierge in Downtown Austin for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 10:00 AM–10:00 PM). Pay is $19.50 per hour; a valid US driver’s license is required.

You’ll provide hands-on customer service, assist residents and vendors, and manage garage operations to ensure safety and efficiency. Previous concierge/front desk experience in hotel or residential settings is preferred; strong communication and multilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Experience as Concierge/Front Desk in Hotel/Residential settings preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operates, parks and retrieves vehicles of residents and guests.
• Ensures visitor parking spaces are used properly.
• Operates elevator for residents and guests entering and leaving the building.
• Assists residents/guests with packages, groceries, and other items as required.
• Checks in/out vendors and provides instructions for their operation.
• Maintains waste receptacles and transports bins as needed.
• Monitors security cameras and reports issues as needed.
• Performs tasks from the garage attendant list on an ongoing basis.
