Responsibilities include vehicle handling for residents and guests, assisting with packages, managing vendors, and supporting building operations. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a hourly wage of $19.50.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid US driver's license.
• Experience as Concierge/Front desk in hotel or residential settings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computer and MS Office programs (Word, Excel) and email.
• Flexible and able to handle stressful situations and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operates, parks and retrieves vehicles for residents and guests.
• Manages visitor parking spaces and guides vendors.
• Operates elevator for residents and guests entering and leaving the building.
• Assists residents/guests with packages, groceries, and other items.
• Checks in/out vendors and communicates guidelines for operation.
• Maintains waste receptacles and transports bins as needed.
• Monitors security cameras and reports issues as needed.
• Follows the garage attendant list tasks consistently.
