Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company, Inc. is seeking a part-time Garage Concierge for Downtown Austin. The role focuses on safe, efficient garage operations and exceptional hands-on customer service for residents and vendors.

Responsibilities include parking vehicles, assisting with deliveries, vendor coordination, and maintaining a secure, organized garage environment. Weekend hours on Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current US driver’s license.
• Experience as Concierge/Front desk in hotel or residential settings.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office; able to operate standard office equipment.
• Flexible, able to adapt to changing environments and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate, park, and retrieve vehicles for residents and guests.
• Ensure visitor parking spaces are used appropriately.
• Operate elevator for residents and guests entering/leaving the building.
• Assist residents/guests with packages and groceries as needed.
• Check in/out vendors and provide operating guidelines.
• Maintain waste receptacles and transport bins as required.
• Monitor security cameras and report issues as needed.
• Complete tasks on the garage attendant list consistently.
