Job summary

Renuity Garage is seeking a Floor Coating Installer in Landover, MD and surrounding areas. This hands-on role focuses on quality workmanship, working with coatings, and pride in your craft.

You will prep surfaces, apply coatings, and safely handle materials and tools while communicating professionally with customers. Paid training and advancement opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license is required.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating and perform prep work.

Floor Coating Installer – Up to $20/hr

Pay: Up to $20/hour based on skills and experience

Location: Landover, MD and surrounding areas

Renuity Garage is growing, and we're looking for a Floor Coating Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working with their hands, and is willing to learn.

What You'll Do

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and carrying materials
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work safely and follow established processes
