Job summary

Renuity Garage is growing and seeks a Floor Coating Installer to join our hands-on team in Landover, MD and surrounding areas. You will prepare floors, apply coatings, and ensure quality workmanship while safely handling materials and tools.

We offer paid training, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO/holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and a clear career path within the installation team. Weekend availability is expected on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and carrying materials
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work safely and follow established processes

Responsibilities

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed

Pay: Up to $20/hour based on skills and experience
