Copaken Brooks is seeking aGarage Attendantto be located at The Walnuts Condominiums on the Kansas City Plaza.

Purpose of Position:

Responsible for managing and serving garage space of property, including handling owner cars, answering phone, keeping areas clean, and controlling service provider access.

Typical Duties:

• Promptly answer garage phone
• Clean car windows
• Bring owners cars around front and return cars to garage
• Attend to incoming/outgoing cars of owners
• Wash owner cars, as requested
• Verify that all service providers passing through garage area sign in/out
• Monitor security cameras
• Keep control room, break room, parking lot, garage, garage entrance, and garage ramp areas clean at all times
• Any additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements:

• Wear clean uniform each shift
• Willing and able to stand and walk for extensive periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (boxes, items, etc.)
• Working in all weather conditions
