The role requires an electrical engineering, materials science or physics background, 5+ years in reliability, experience with JEDEC standards, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, or related discipline.
• MS or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years in a comparable reliability role.
• Understanding of reliability testing methodologies (DHTOL, HTRB, HTGB, TC, THB).
• Knowledge of JEDEC, AEC, AQG standards; industry involvement is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communications skills; ability to challenge ideas constructively.
• Understanding Weibull/lognormal distributions; experience with statistical tools (Minitab, JMP).
• Willingness to travel (US and international).

Responsibilities

• Define reliability test methodologies with design, technology development, and device engineering groups to identify early reliability challenges in GaN development.
• Perform reliability data analysis and prepare internal/external reports.
• Develop qualification plans and coordinate with global teams to ensure timely execution of tests.
• Coordinate accelerated stress tests and drive root-cause/failure analysis.
• UseIs/Is-Not, Fault Tree, Fishbone, 5-Why, and 8D for structured problem solving.
• Multitask and manage several qualifications simultaneously.
