Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Reliability Engineer to help develop and qualify next-generation GaN power transistors and ICs for high-performance electronics. You will perform reliability characterization, automated test development, data analysis and hands-on lab work to support qualification and technology development.

You will collaborate with reliability, product, test and failure-analysis teams, and enjoy experimental work while building skills in electronics, data analysis and reliability

Qualifications

• Experience with reliability test standards (JEDEC/AEC/MIL).
• Electrical characterization and stress testing of devices.
• Track, analyze and report reliability results.
• Scripting for data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reliability test plans per JEDEC/AEC/MIL standards.
• Assist electrical characterization and stress testing of semiconductor devices.
• Analyze, track and report reliability test results.
• Develop scripts/tools for processing reliability data and reports.
