Casino Del Sol is seeking a Surveillance/Compliance position to oversee regulatory requirements for Class II and III gaming operations in coordination with Tribal Gaming, Security, and law enforcement.

The role includes monitoring hotel and parking areas, maintaining surveillance logs, conducting preliminary investigations, and generating detailed reports to ensure compliance with the Pascua Yaqui Tribe/State of Arizona Gaming Compact and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED by hire date or within one year of start date.
• Minimum of 1 year of related full-time experience in gaming, investigations, law enforcement, or a regulatory environment.
• Must pass a pre-employment Math and Writing assessment with a minimum of 85% proficiency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
• Must have valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Ability to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
• Must be able to obtain and retain state certification and a valid gaming license/background check.

Responsabilités

• Initiates and monitors regulatory oversight of Class II and III gaming activities for compliance with tribal/state/federal laws.
• Monitors all areas of the gaming facility including hotel, parking garage, and parking lots with Tribal Gaming personnel, Security, and law enforcement.
• Monitors cash handling areas (Cage, Vault, Table Games, points of sale).
• Maintains Surveillance logs (daily, chain-of-custody, unusual activities).
• Conducts preliminary investigations to determine if a violation or crime occurred.
• Initiates detailed reports and audits via computer and surveillance software informing Tribal Gaming of incidents or suspected illegal activity.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
