Job summary

Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians is seeking a Surveillance Monitor to help ensure Rolling Hills Casino complies with laws, regulations, and internal controls via CCTV and data analytics. You will observe gaming activity, monitor safety, and report incidents for review and action.

This role reports to the Surveillance Shift Supervisor. The position requires detailed reporting, adherence to tribal regulations, and collaboration with Security, local law enforcement, PTGC staff, and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with preferred associate degree.
• Strong observation, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of legal regulations and casino security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor surveillance cameras and security systems.
• Identify irregularities, report incidents, and document findings.
• Assist in AML efforts and regulatory compliance under Title 31.
• Coordinate with management, law enforcement, and PTGC as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare incident reports with evidence.
• Respond to alarms and support emergency response and evacuations.
