Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Management Corporation, Inc. is hiring Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators, and technical equipment while assisting Guests and ensuring optimal play conditions on the midway.

You will greet Guests, respond to requests, and help troubleshoot issues, with emphasis on safety and timely service in a fast-paced arcade environment. Must be 18+, with optional technical skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining amusements equipment.
• Load and refil tickets in redemption games, paying attention to security of ticket storage areas.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and assist with questions and recommendations.
• Ensure games are clean, accessible, and well displayed.
• Maintain a safe and organized tech room and storage areas.
