Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Gaming Support Tech / Midway Tech to repair and maintain games, simulators and tech equipment while assisting Guests and ensuring a fun, safe environment. You will contribute to a smooth midway operation with friendly service and teamwork.

Responsibilities include maintenance, common troubleshooting, assisting guests, stocking and merchandising areas, and communicating issues to management as needed. Availability for days/evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining games and tech equipment.
• Provide excellent guest service while managing wait times and answering questions.
