Job summary

GameStop Corp. in Florence, KY seeks a Store Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and coach a diverse team in delivering outstanding guest service. You will supervise a retail staff and ensure the store meets its sales and profit goals.

You will manage staffing, inventory, visual merchandising, and Omni‑Channel fulfillment while upholding company policies and profitability. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Supervise and develop associates; manage onboarding and training.
• Oversee inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and processed.
• Approve payroll and manage scheduling, time off, and break coverage.
