You will supervise a retail team, manage daily POS processing, inventory, and loss prevention while upholding company policies and delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise retail staff.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and resolve guest questions.

• Manage POS transactions and daily reconciliations.
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding, and training for associates.
• Ensure inventory control, loss prevention, and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and merchandising.
