Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including guest service, visual merchandising, and daily store performance.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard and develop associates.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed by staff.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping.
• Lead omni-channel order fulfillment and in-store operations to meet sales goals.
